INTRODUCTION

The MoneyGO, Terms and Conditions is a legal agreement (this “Agreement”) between You and MoneyGO, (“MoneyGO”, "we," "our" or "us") governing Your use of an Account (as defined below) and payment processing services ("Services") MoneyGO provides.

Merchant and MoneyGO have entered into the Agreement which sets forth, among other things, terms and conditions under which MoneyGO will provide Merchant with the Services that facilitate Merchant’s acceptance of credit and debit card payments for products and services provided to customers.

1. OUR SERVICES

1.1. MoneyGO provides the Services to facilitate payments who offer their products/goods or services for business purposes (hereinafter referred as “Merchants”) with simple and convenient way to receive the remuneration for such products/goods or services in cryptocurrency, at the same time MoneyGO provides persons that are intended to purchase Merchant’s products/goods or services (hereinafter referred as “Client(s)”, “You”, “Your”) with simple and convenient way to pay such remuneration in cryptocurrency.

1.2. All transactions are between Merchants and their Clients. The Services are intended to be used for business purposes and not for personal, family, or household use.

1.3. MoneyGO is not a bank or financial institution and does not provide investment or financial advice or consulting services to the Users. MoneyGO solely acts as the provider of the Services. No communication or information provided to the User by MoneyGO shall be considered as advice.

2. REGISTRATION AND INTEGRATION

2.1. To use the Services, You must agree to all the terms of this Agreement. Merchant may begin to sell its products and services and use the Services after approval of the Account (“Account”).

2.2. Our Services are not directed to children. Access to and use of our Services is only for those over the age of 18 and who has full legal capacity. If You are Younger than this or do not have full legal capacity, You shall not use our Services. Any person who acts as a Merchant or provides his/her personal information to us while using our Services represents and warrants that he/she is 18 years of age or older.

3. TERM AND TERMINATION

3.1. This Agreement governs Your relationship with MoneyGO and becomes effective when You click “I Agree” (“Effective Date”) and is accepted by MoneyGO. It shall continue indefinitely unless and until terminated by either party.

3.2. If You close the Account, You will be responsible for all fees assessed in the month of closure. If either party terminates this Agreement during the first two years (24 months), a termination fee may be assessed and electronically debited from the merchant’s Account.

3.3. When You close Your Account, any pending transactions may be canceled.
